Price is MHADA’s tenement cost. It excludes stamp duty, registration, GST and maintenance deposits. EMD is the refundable earnest money per application.
Distance is straight-line, not road distance. MHADA publishes latitude and longitude swapped on 113 of these 168 schemes; that is corrected here. A further 63 schemes all carry one identical coordinate near the city centre regardless of where the project actually is, so those get no distance rather than a fake one. Usable coordinates: 105 of 168.
Builder comes from looking the RERA registration number up on MahaRERA. 102 schemes have no RERA number in MHADA’s data at all, which does not mean the project is unregistered.
Reserved categories are MHADA’s own codes, shown exactly as published.
